Marketing Materials
1 Prepare marketing materials for client meetings and events. Manage standard BD and marketing materials (brochures, capability statements, standard bid text and descriptions, deal lists and presentations) and ensure those "off-the-shelf" materials are kept up to date in both English and Chinese
2 Draft pitches and proposals (in both Word and PowerPoint), PowerPoint presentations for meetings and conferences, and other client-facing materials.
3 Assist the Asia Pacific CMD team in submissions to legal directories and league tables, including drafting legal award entry submissions and managing collection of regional rankings and firm accolades.
4 Conducting client, practice, industry, competitor, and trend research via firm-wide resources, online databases, and librarian searches.
